OUR STORY

We’re Noah and Eli, founders of Murk Coffee, and we created it with one goal in mind: to help people feel clear, energized, and focused—naturally.

It all started when we were grad students at Yale, diving deep into neurobiology and functional nutrition. Between lectures and late-night lab work, we found ourselves overcaffeinated, foggy, and exhausted. Regular coffee wasn’t cutting it—it gave us jitters, crashes, and zero focus.

That’s when our fascination with medicinal mushrooms took hold.

We began experimenting with functional fungi like Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga, and Reishi, blending them into our daily routines and studying their effects. Eventually, we invested everything we had into large-scale research and production—traveling the globe to find the highest quality, organic mushrooms and developing our own proprietary blends.

What came out of it? The first-ever mushroom coffee with customizable dosages. A blend that works for your body, your needs, and your brain.
