At Murk Coffee LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a forever return policy, which means you may return your items after any amount of time with a no-questions-asked return. Returns with the request of a refund will be refunded the paid purchase cost, including shipping fees.

We will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted unless a note is included with your order number.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
