Subscription Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. By subscribing, you agree to automatic recurring payments, which you can manage or cancel at any time.
Renewal and Auto-Pause Policy
Subscription renewals are required and will be sent via email each quarter. If no action is taken, your subscription will be automatically paused until updated by you.
Billing Schedule:
- Monthly orders are charged at the date of your choice. The charge date can be changed in your account settings.
- Yearly are charged once a year on the date purchased.
If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription. Alternatively, you can sign in using your email on the account page. An account is automatically created after checkout using the email you provided during purchase.
